Anthony Souza, CEO and Owner of RT Marketing and our parent company, The Souza Agency, Inc., has his background in real estate development, design, and construction.
For 42 years he has created commercial and residential real estate developments that families and business owners would enjoy for years to come. His passion for excellence and innovation has shaped everything from hotels to residential communities, professional centers, office parks, fraternal homes, and a unique timber-frame event venue in Maryland.
His pride in building things, in creating something new, is only matched by his desire to help families and businesses build and grow their future for generations to come. It’s a motivation that stems from proudly serving six years of active duty — including four years of sea duty —after graduating from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
